After Coin Toss, 49ers Get Pick No.17
The NFL has flipped the coin and the Panthers lost. So that means the 49ers will get the No. 17 pick in the NFL draft and the Tennessee Titans will get pick No. 16.

NFL Network Gains Access to 49ers War Room
Dan Brown of the Mercury News is reporting that the NFL Network approached the 49ers asking if they could gain access to the 49ers draft headquarters and Singletary and the 49ers obliged.
So Brian Baldinger, hope they draft someone whose name he can pronounce, was granted exclusive access to the team’s War Room.

The 49ers have announced that they will unveil the teams new uniforms, which are supposed to resemble their throwback uniforms, at the team’s draft party Saturday, April 25, at the Santa Clara Convention Center.

Niner Scouts Impressed After Andre Smith Workout
The 49ers scouting department reportedly came away from Alabama OT Andre Smith’s workout “impressed.”
While it’s the second report saying the overweight tackle was impressive, accounts of the workout have varied widely. The Niners draft No. 10 overall, but Smith’s histrionics last month will likely have him slipping to at least the late-first round.
