Mike Singletary and Co, have a little bit of thinking to do after the loss to the Texans. Starter Shaun Hill was pulled after another horrid performance for backup Alex Smith who came in and got the team back into the game and almost pulled out a come from behind victory.

The 49ers lost their third consecutive game of the season 24-21, but they didn’t make it easy on the Texans, well at least not in the second half. The first half was all Houston. The 49ers offense couldn’t do anything.

Matt Maiocco is reporting that Crabtree is likely to get the start ahead of Josh Morgan against the Texans on Sunday.

Latest reports are that the 49ers have lost Kory Sheets to the Miami Dolphins. Word is that the Dolphins signed Sheets off the 49ers practice squad.
