The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to terms with free-agent fullback Moran Norris, a league source tells PFT.
Per the source, Norris signed a three-year, $5 million contract, with $1.5 million guaranteed.
Also according to Matthew Barrows the 49ers have re-signed returner Allen Rossum.

The 49ers did not waste anytime signing players after the start of free agency. Matt Maiocco and ESPN are both reporting that the 49ers have signed quarterback JT O’Sullivan (Lions), DeShaun Foster (Panthers), Dontarrious Thomas (Vikings), and Allen Rossum (Steelers).
