I watched a "Greatest Game" when USC got beat by Oregon, last year in Oregon. I watched it, because, I wanted to watch Chilo Rachal. He never lost, not even one match-up. He was blowing holes, he didn't get beat in pass protection or run support. We got a jewel that just needs maturing. He's a straight up HOG.

ShaneO; It's sad, but after reading your blobbs, I've come to an enlightened awareness of something. With all your knowledge about football. Somewhere down the line, you were foiled, by not receiving, any, common sense understanding of the game. Oh well!! #1. Arnez Battle, given a chance, will shine as a wide receiver. Hines Ward-Steelers, was a QB. at Georgia, Pittsburg converted him to WR, where he won the MVP in the Super Bowl against Seattle. So your reasoning is full of crap. #2. All of that [last years negative caw-caw, is, still dripping off your lower lip]. #3. Martz, runs multiple offensive receiver sets. From a two(2)tight end set, to a two(2)Wide receiver/tight end, Pro Set, to an empty backfield spread offensive set, to a shotgun spread set. H-Back{in motion} with a RB flanked set. And it goes on and on. Martz will incorporate everything into packages, which means, EVERYONE plays in one package or another. Just like Martz did in St.Louis. #4 "The Greatest Team on Turf", wasn't by any means the[Bruce & Holt show]. They had Rickey Proehl, Dean Looker, Hakeem Azakim, Mike Curtis, and other complimary names, who brought that passing offense alive. [I can see, YOU'RE INTO HIGH LIGHTS, AND NOT REAL LIFE, and not real life]. #5. Watch Ashley Lelie blossom into the 49ers deep threat. Bruce came in for that reason, but, Martz discovered that the receiving talent on this team, went pretty deep. Martz, discovered the talents of Lelie and Delanie Walker, after he got here. That's why Bruce has missed some things/days, because he's now into more of a teaching/role player role, helping coach up the wide receivers. That's my 5-reasons that shows me, that you're a bottom feeder fan, and not a 49er hope to die, diehard. When you plex up after reading this, just take a deep breath, and read it again.

Chilo Rachal like all 49er lineman, have to know each guard and tackle position. I think Chilo will start ahead of Adam Snyder, who when coming off the bench , is the most versitle of all the other interior lineman, Which means he shouldn't or won't be an initial starter. Don't trip on Bruce. Ashley Lelie is going to be the new SF deep threat, not Bruce. Bruce is just there this season, to help, by being a coach on the field, and teaching. As long as Jennings stays healthy, which he should at RT. SF will have 6-7 good offensive lineman, this season.

I THOUGT THAT CHILO HAD MADE THE SWITCH TO RT- TACKLE. DID THEY SWITCH HIM BACK AFTER BASS WENT DOWN? IF NOT DOES HE REALLY HAVE A CHANCE OF STARTING THIS YEAR? I KNOW MR GLASS MOST LIKEILY WILL NOT PLAY EVERY GAME BUT CAN CHILO BEAT OUT THE VET IF JENNINGS( BY AN ACT OF GOD) STAYS INJURY FREE?...............SHANEO IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE MORE OF A PROB. WITH BRUCE THAN YOU DO WITH THE REST OF THE LINE UP. BRUCE STILL CAN BE COUNTED ON( IF ONLY FOR 1 SEASON) HE UNDERSTANDS THE SYSTEM AND WHAT IS EXPECTED. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE SYSTEM WILL SERVE WELL AS AN ON THE FIELD COACH. THE OTHER GUYS CAN SEE WHAT A PRO IS REALLY LIKE. I HATED BRUCE AS A RAM, BUT LOOOOOOVE HIM AS A NINER.

I will be interested to see if Chilo gets a chance to battle for the starting job at the RG position since David Baas will miss most or all of training camp. I believe that he should be given the opportunity once camp starts since the team used a 2nd round pick to acquire him. Once David Baas returns then the team can make a decision who starts. I know that Tony Wragge started at the position during OTA's but I would like to see Chilo given an opportunity.

straighthate: im sorry i didnt realize that this section was only limited to this particular article, i took a minute to talk about the success of the offense as a whole, and im as chill as the otherside of the pillow, im just stating my opinion on what can help this team turn in some wins.

but since this is apparently a Chilo article only ill take a second with that. i would sure have loved to see what Bass could have done out there i think the guy is a beast with a mean streak, but everyone knows what happens to guys that get hurt out there when Nolan is around... dog house time... well have to see what happens

At first, I was pissed that we drafted Chilo instead of Limas Sweed or Devin Thomas. But Chilo's supposedly ripping it at camp, and he's kicking Fatta Cain's ass in the process.
