Brian Jennings Gets 5 Year Extension
The 49ers are reporting that they have extended the contract of long snapper Brian Jennings. Jennings extension is for 5 years. No word on the amount of the deal. Jennings current contract was set to expire at the end of the 2009 season.
Holy Crap, Staley Extended Through 2017
Matt Maiocco is reporting on his facebook page that the 49ers have extended the contract of Joe Staley 6 years. He is now signed through 2017.

In 2009, the 49ers will send out an offensive line averaging about 320 pounds. Left tackle Joe Staley checks in at 318, left guard David Baas is a massive 335, center Eric Heitmann goes 315, right guard Chilo Rachal is a robust 335 and right tackle Adam Snyder is 330.
