It has been a rough offseason for 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster and today the league handed out it’s punishment.
49ers’ LB Reuben Foster fined and suspended without pay for the first two games of the 2018 regular season for violating the NFL’s Conduct and Substances of Abuse policies.

Based on it being only two games, it shows that the suspension was for weapons and misdemeanor marijuana offense.
Foster can participate in camp and preseason games, but will not play the first two games of the season. His first game will be against the Kansas City Chiefs.
