Serious negotiations with Charles Woodson and Nnamdi Asomugha
Akbar Gbaja-Biamila of NFL Network is reporting that the 49ers are in serious negotiations with both Charles Woodson and Nnamid Asomugha.
Woodson met with the 49ers most of the day on Wednesday and Nnamdi met most of the day with the 49ers on Thursday. If the 49ers do in fact sign both of these players, it will get them veteran depth in their defensive backfield.
Also it will bring both Woodson and Nnamdi back to the Bay. Both played with the Oakland Raiders. I expect that we’ll hear a definite decision on both of these players sometime today.
