Ted Sundquist First Name on GM List
This week we should start hearing names that Jed York has on his list for the new General Mangager position. And less than 12 hours after Jed has said a GM will be hired, the first name has surfaced. That is former Broncos general manager Ted Sundquist.
Along with Sundquist a couple more names that might be on the radar, according to Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area are Randy Mueller (ex-Seattle), Rick Muellier and Tom Donahoe (formerly of Bills)
Reports are that Jed has already been doing his research and that whoever the GM is will fit with the likes of either Jim Harbaugh or Jon Gruden, the top two names on the list for a new head coach.
I expect the GM position to be filled rather quickly. So now we just sit and wait and hope that Jed and Co. get it right this time.
