49ers Lose in Lambeau

The 49ers lose their 8th game of the year. Only 4 games remaining in the season and then we can all say goodbye to Mike Singletary.

The 49ers teased us here and there during this game, but the 49ers secondary just flat out sucked and gave up huge yards in the air. Not to mention they forgot to tackle.

On the other side of the ball the 49ers offense didn’t do a whole lot. Three times in the redzone and they walked away with 9 points. No way you can win against the Packers offense with FG’s.

I guess the one thing to take from this game is that we only have about a month left until Mike Singletary is fired.

The Pundit of 49ersNews. I do what I can to supply the Niner fans with their fix.

Yes Caribou I agree, and we need that QB to get us there and its not the Smith's. We need to spend some money and brring a proven in here, and it's not the offensive lines fault, it all starts with a QB, thats what teams are built around, would new england or our niners of the 80's be as god as they were without there star QB's, no! Defense canbt do everything and neither can the offensive line. We need a Qb who can get it in the air accuretly and quick. We need a consistant proven Qb in here fast or we will be saying the same things over and over again next year, just watch unless we get that guy! And I feel like we should draft a QB # 1 ofcourse but we cant expect him to be a star right off, it took auron rogers a few years, but draft that guy and get a star in free agency or trade during the offseason. This needs to happen this coming offseason!

I was hoping Troy might show me something but both times he played a good team he was below .500 I am so tired of saying maybe next year we will do something.

That proven Qb we aquire can kick some butt and groom our # 1 draft pick and give him
promise to carry on the tradition much like Walsh set up with our team with Montana to Young- and on to Garcia and was suppose to go to Rattay but garcia was let go too prematurely and Rattay wasn't yet really ready to hed our team at that point, he needed to watch garcia for a few more years. I feel like Garci could of brought us one championship if we would of least kept him when he was taking off, he would of had stability instead of going everywhere, I think it hurt him when he was released. Anyhow we need to make up for that and get a star in here, and dont all you haters on here shut down this from happening, its commen sense 2+2=4!

I was hoping to wake up this morning and find out that the 49ers have all new coaching staff..the play calling and execution were terrible. There were no half time adjustments..they were predictible ..pretty much what we have seen all year a losing team..no matter who the players are….It looked liked they didn't have any heart left after the big flag and TD…they cannot sustain and give up (thats coaching) If anyone is thinking that maybe Alex should be put back in should Youtube 'Alex booed at Candlestick Park'.

The coaching is terrible … the players are not well prepared … And why did Sing go for 1 after the Vernon Davis TD instead of going for 2 to tie … even if we miss the 2 pt conversion we would of still needed a field goal to go ahead either way … than rather giving us a chance to tie it up … poor coaching…..

I dont know how old some of the people In this post are but 49ers have not been the same team since Eddie DeBartlo had the team stripped from him and given to his sister and Jed York by Paul tagliabu and the NFL. A winning organization starts at the top with ownership and works it’s way down to the coaches and players. The first 14 years of my life five championships with Eddie D as owner. Next sixteen years with out him nothing, coincidence I think NOT

I'm in my 30's and I've been a fan since the 70's and its not a coincidence, its just back during your first 14 years when shooting spitballs in the schoolhouse, the 49ers had proven QB's in there that were molded everyt year by the best, from Montana to young and to Garica. What happend after we got rid of garcia prematurely, thats when it all went down the tube. And the 49ers werent that bad until erickson came around in o4' thats when the sucking era began and the dynasty was no longer.. Thanks Erickson and Terry donahue for throwing away our franchise getting rid of T.O. in his prime and Garcia in his prime, and yes the York's had something to do with that, but I'm sure those Bozos brought up the idea, certainly donahue and he was one weird looking dude.

Ownership I think is the biggest part because you have the most power to control and make choices.
