Michael Lewis Asks for Release


According to Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee, safety Michael Lewis has asked to be released from the team.

Earlier reports today mentioned that Michael Lewis was absent due to ‘personal issues.’ No word on what those personal issues were, but we are under the assumption that Lewis got butthurt because he knew that he was getting benched in favor of Reggie Smith.
