All Quiet on the Western Front

Free Agency is under way and the 49ers are not expected to make a huge splash as they have in the past. (Nate Clements, Jonas Jennings, Justin Smith) GM Scot McCloughan has said that anyone they bring in and sign is mostly for depth. One name out there that is intriguing is Rams Safety OJ Atogwe. Atogwe got lowballed by the Rams and there is a chance the 49ers could get him and not give up anything in return (draft picks)

According to NJ.com former No.1 pick David Carr is set to visit the 49ers. (If they do sign him, and that means Shaun Hill is gone. I’m all for it.)
