Four in a Row
How embarassing. The 49ers dropped their 4th in a row today to the Tennessee Titans. That’s right the 49ers got beat at home to a team with the worst passing defense in the league and a team that is quarterbacked by Vince Young.
Where do I begin. Playcalling was crap, offensive line was crap, quarterback was crap (3 INTs and a fumble), secondary couldn’t stop big pass plays by Vince Young. I know I’m forgetting something else.
Can’t wait to hear Mike Singletary’s spin on this one. So much for being ‘Physical’ with an ‘F’.
The saddest part is the Titans got 24 points off of turnovers.

John, nothing personal against Alex “I cant hit my target” Smith, its just I WANT WINNERS!!!!!!!! and im sure you want winners too. The fact remains is that he is 0-7 his last seven fucking starts and it really is getting old now. We are seeing the same high throws, off target throws, no leadership, no urgency, no fire since 2005. Nothing has changed in him. He hasnt improved anything. Its the same shit for the last 4 years. If Sing really wants winners, im sorry Alex Smith is not gonna be a winning starting QB for us. Is he the best option? I dont think so, Nate couldnt be any worse than Hill or Alex. If we lose to the Bears, and theres a strong chance we will, I think we really need to look at Nate. Thats all im saying. Nothing personal against Alex, I met him in person, and hes a nice kid. He signed my son’s jersey and everything. But being a nice guy and being a stud QB with a killer instinct who throws accurately are two very different things. I wish Alex the best, I dont see him being in a 49ers uniform in the future. If you are praying for that, than I feel sorry for you too.. LOL
Yeah I agree put in Nate if we’re booing him by halftime…..
If Nate does play this season, it wont be until the final few games vs DET and STL. As long as we stay in Contention, it will be Alex or Shaun. I know some or most of you think were done, but we dont make the decisions for this team, the coaching staff does. Mike will not (or better not) go back to Hill as QB because its pointless. All Im saying is people are saying this to Alex now because of the turnovers and the game he played yesterday. Every time Alex does one bad thing, he will be ripped by all the fans because of the obvious reasons. There is way too much pressure on him on this team, he needs to start fresh If I was him. 9ers fans are too whiny its a really sad fanbase how bipolar some fans are. I guarantee you if Alex plays well this Thursday and the niners win in good fashion, fans will be back on the bandwagon and on Alex’s nuts.
John you crack me up.. ONE BAD THING? Or SEVERAL bad things? Several bad things thats becoming a habit of Alex for the last 4 years. Doing the same mistakes. Never learned to never stare and lock on your receiver, never learned to never throw high down the field, never learned to put urgency in his game.. ONE BAD THING? Cmon man, wake the fuck up, hes got several issues or else you would not be reading hundreds of blogs ripping this kid to shreds. As far as being on Alex’s nuts, I for one was NEVER on his nuts. Ive been throwing shit at my TV set ever since we got the motherfucker. I dont think too many people were on his nuts anyway besides you, Matt Maiiocco or however you spell his fucking name, and Bobby “the Bitch” Boucher who you have noticed doesnt come on here unless Alex does something decent which is almost never. Let me tell you something and MARK MY FUCKING WORDS.. the Bears are no joke. They are coming off a loss. Jay Cutler is one helluva QB that I wish we had. Our pass defense has been getting torched repeatedly. Theres a very STRONG chance we do not win this game. Then we will be 3-6 and the schedule doesnt become any easier with Green Bay coming up. Remember Aaron Rodgers said 49ers will pay dearly for not picking him. You know hes gonna try to kill us. So as far as the Alex Bandwagon.. your the only motherfucker thats gonna be riding on it im afraid.. because THIS SEASON IS DONE!!!!!
Hahahaha.. JOe you crack me up man.. but you make some valid points, if we lose to the Bears its over. I will be calling for Nate DAvis just as youve been saying! This 4 year project with Smith is getting pretty pathetic and its time to close the chapter on him. Hopefully McClueless is gone next year along with him. Some guys have it and some guys just dont have it. Alex is a career backup period.
John, Smith is a bust… time to move on.
Hey John, another loss with Alex at QB I think it’s time to take his poster off your bedroom wall. What u think my man? Hahaha.
well I told you so……Alex Smith hasnt changed a bit, still the same ol Alex…we may as well had JT O Sullivan out there cause thats what it looked like….if Shaun Hill plays this game then we win Bottom line, yeah mabey the offense wouldnt have been off the charts but it would have been mistake free and enough to win this is just a big mess right now and its not fair to our Defense. at least they play the bears soon to forget about this one
Honestly, football is over for me this year, and for I don’t know how many years in a row, its over waaaay too early. I can’t bear to watch a promising season start wasted. Oh well, maybe with a crap record they can parlay the picks we have into a first rate QB and an actual offensive line that, well, blocks properly.
I have seen plenty of “Pro” Alex Smith threads on different message board FYI Joe. I always thought the kid had potential and thats why I will wait before I crticize him fully. You can repeat yourself like a broken record and say the past 4 seasons blah blah blah! There were a lot of issues going on then and Im not gonna sit here and type it all to you because its a waste of time and it is pretty obvious. Your a fan of the the niners so try to support anyone under center and show some optimism for your team for Christ Sake. I hope the best for Alex and will continue to do so as will other fans like they were before the titans if he plays well this Thursday.
When I say “wait”, I mean atleast 3-4 more games if not the remainder of the season to see the progress, if any, he makes.
