God Help Us, Mark Roman to Start Sunday

Matt Maiocco is reporting that safety Mark Roman is slated to get his first start of the season.

Mark Roman is getting the start due to starter Michael Lewis sustaining his third concussion on the season. The 49ers are taking a conservative approach with Lewis.
