49ers Sign Dre Bly

It’s official the 49ers and Dre Bly have reached a one year deal. Bly signed for the veterans minimum. Singletary has told Bly that he will have to compete for starting job opposite Nate Clements.
The 49ers are wasting no time in trying to find a replacement for injured vet Walt Harris. The 49ers are scheduled to meet with Dre Bly today.
Bly, a 10-year vet, played 2007 and ‘08 with the Broncos. The club released him in February during a after the arrivals of new coach Josh McDaniels and defensive coordinator Mike Nolan.
If Bly is signed he will be expected to compete with Tarell Brown and Shawntae Spencer to play opposite Nate Clements.
I think we we're really lucky to win that game... the defense wasn't great. They let gradkowski and campbell chuck ...

The 49ers look flat on offense with the exception of gore. Nate Bynam has dropped 2 balls on one ...

Brian Kelly is also in for a physical. Reports are there is interest in Chris McAllister as well.
The thing that bothers me about Kelly is that Detroit signed him to a 3 year deal, and then cut him after 10 games. This guy can’t be that good if the Lions cut him that quickly. Don’t know that much about the guy, but that’s a red flag for certain.

The look’s fine. Old people like me were confused by having to sign on. First tried up and the top and that was for a different sight, then down the bottom, gave me some really hard to remember password, so I would just do drive bys for info.
Just happened to pass this morning and see you dropped it. Now I can come and share again.
As the season gets closer, maybe the others will drop by too. Hopefully to add good comments and not just name call.
