Marvel Says He’ll Stay Healthy

I found this nice little tidbit from Matthew Barrows, Marvel said he was confident he’d remain healthy this time because he feels a lot better now than he did following the December 2007 procedure. “I noticed an instant improvement right away,” he said of the most recent surgery. “Even when I was lying in the hospital.”

Thanks for those words of confidence Marvel, but you have to remember, we as Niner fans still have a bad taste in our mouth from the last right tackle who had issues staying healthy. So Marvel if you are reading this. Do us a favor and make sure you play through hangnails. That will be a huge step in winning us over.
