MMP: The JTO Show

Incase you haven’t heard JT O’Sullivan threw for over 300 yards, the last time that feat was accomplished was back in October of 2004.

  • Manny Lawson played nothing but special teams on Sunday, which may explain the poor run defense.
  • Old Man Isaac’s 153 yards receiving were the most he had since Nov. 29, 2004.
  • The last time the 49ers had a game where they threw for over 300 yards, scored over 30 and had a receiver go over 150 was Oct. 14, 2001 against the Falcons.
  • Patrick Willis’ interception of 86 yards is a team record for longest int returned by a linebacker.
  • Jonas Jennings sprained his shoulder. Further reports are confirmed that his shoulder is connected to his vagina.
  • Fox Sports reported that the Bucs called the 49ers about a possible trade to acquire Jeff Garcia.

About the Author

Monday Morning Punter is named after perhaps the greatest punter of our time. Andy 'The General' Lee. We'd like to thank Andy on his recent Pro Bowl selection and we know deep down inside he made it just for us.

our O-line was terrible. Jonas jennings is a Pah-USSY. wtf. Our D line looked horrible too.

  2. Mike says:

What happen to our D line? Last week great and against Seattle the fell apart. Thanks to a good kicker we took the seahawks. Come on coaches get the team together O and D teams and due something with the special team. The 49ers are the better than what they are showing. THe Lions are coming to town next and we want to be ready to go 2-1 GO 49ers.

  4. K-Man says:

I am most excited to see the offense in the next couple of weeks, especially with the schedule coming up. Detroit has struggled, New Orleans’ offense is not as good without Colston, and the verdict on New England I think is still out. There is a possibility of the Niners being 4-1 and a strong possibility of them being 3-2.

  5. AM says:

we were playing a 4-2-5 which meant 6 guys in the box, against six blockers. that leaves no one to tackle the running back. it was dumb. we need manlaw in the play.

  6. gee-ray says:

couldnt stop the pass and couldnt stop the run. i saw alot of missed tackles too.

  7. ninerfaithful says:

things were sloppy but a win feels great i think we are tracking up a nice chance of getting the monkey of the back and maybe be a wild card team this season
