I want a Marques Colston on our team but since Nolan isnt a offensive mentality coach he doesnt understand that his young QB Alex has a tendency of overthrowing receivers because we have midgets for receivers and old farts that are guaranteed starting time as FA's. A smart coach wouldve got some decent lineman on FA and trades and gotten young tuff WR, CB, S, and or QB and some 3rd or 4th round linemen.
