Looks Like Warhop Will be Fired
Thank you Niner Gods. Maiocco is reporting that coaching changes are still going to take place on the offensive side of the ball. The reason we have not heard anything yet is because Nolan wants to allow those coaches that are getting canned, the opportunity to find work elsewhere before word of their dimissals become public. The one named mentioned so far that is most likely gone is offensive line coach George Warhop. Which if it does come to fruition and Warhop is let go, I’ll be dancing a jig out on the streets. This season under Warhop the 49ers gave up a franchise record of sacks allowed.
Two names that Nolan should be contacting immediately are Hudson Houck, perhaps the best OL Coach in the game, who was let go by the Dolphins and Mike Solari, who was fired as OC of the Chiefs. One thing to note about Solari is he is a former tight ends coach for the 49ers and worked close with the Great Bobb McKittrick.

The 49ers look flat on offense with the exception of gore. Nate Bynam has dropped 2 balls on one ...

We could have a great offense with Cam Cameron and we could get a good coached offensive line too. That is just to good to be true. Our quarterback might have more than 3 seconds before he is under pressure, that can’t be possible, lol.
The possibility of acquiring coach Houck only strengthens the argument for Cam to be our OC.
We should fire our recievers coach too. They are always dropping passes, aside from battle. There has to be someone better.
look for drew olsen to be our starter by 08, hes gonna be a big surprise

I don’t think your rationale for firing Jerry Sullivan makes much sense. Jackson has always been known to drop passes and our WR’s really aren’t that great to begin with. I wouldn’t blame Sullivan for our WR’s butterfingers.
I have a feeling that the axe is coming down on coach Sullivan. The whole offensive coaching staff needs an overhaul. The players tuned them out (because of ineptitude) a long time ago. I think Trent Dilfer would make a good QBs coach, though.
Well i didn’t say this before but we have drafted lots of recievers that haven’t panned out like they were supposed to. I take that as partly the coaches fault.
