i hope nolan will realize that smiths no better than a clipboard holder. were done for the year, why not throw in hill? what could it hurt? smiths feelings,lol. we need a qb with some balls, i think our wrs can dig it, but theres no faith in the qb. i agree with everyone that nolan plays like a bitch when the game is on the line.

Gotta go with Darrell Jackson as chump of the year. How many games must this guy cost us? He almost cost us the Arizona game, though he redeemed himself with the fumble recovery. As an individual player the only one who has cost us more games is Trent Dilfer. He had the game-tying TD in his hands! And VERNON DAVIS!!! Holy crap, man!

It’s true, you only kick a field goal and go for the onside kick IF you’re team is done by ten pts.

Taking a shot on 4-10 is a good gamble and if your Defence stops them 3 and out then you get the ball back at mid-field and NOT at your 10!

That’s called coaching boyz and let’s face it Nolan AND Hostler are learning as they go and we the fans are paying the price for this on the job training.

Even the Jets won yesterday…we SUCK! And as long as I’ve been around sports its the HC that is FIRED first.

If they don’t fire him, at least strip him of his GM duties…Mike Holmgren is great football coach and he couldn’t do both.

No new stadium for this team and that’s why Nolan will be fired in the off season and we’d better talk to Singletary NOW and tell him to not take the Baylor job.

Skywalker you’re a moron. Even w/the field goal you have to score a touchdown. The 49ers have as much trouble getting it into the red zone as they do the endzone. You take a chance and go for it while you’re there. Asking them to get inside the 20 twice in that span of time is a little bit of a stretch don’t ya think? You don’t have to be “around the game” to figure that out.
