For those that haven’t heard, during a KNBR show on Thursday, 49ers sack specialist outside linebacker Tully Banta-Cain guaranteed victory this weekend against the Atlanta Falcons.
“I said we’re not coming back without a win,” Banta-Cain said today. “I know we need to win. Talk is cheap. I know personally, my objective is to win. You can guarantee a win every week. Whether it’s going to happen or not is on you. We have to take this week with a refuse-to-lose attitude.”
Hey Tully, couldn’t you have at least started out small. I don’t know maybe by guaranteeing a sack first.

The 49ers look flat on offense with the exception of gore. Nate Bynam has dropped 2 balls on one ...

Smelly Bunko Can’t otherwise known as Chief Roly Poly Talk but no Walk should not be guaranteeing anything except that he is going to be pushed all over the field as usual. He is going to perform as the extremely overpaid sub that he is. I hate to be this negative, but all this guy has done since he has gotten here is talk. Let’s see one (just one) good play before we get his “guarantee” of a win.–So I do not have to watch every game through splayed fingers.
