Man at the start of the season i was so happy. I was telling someone that when we sign Ashely Lilie that he was going to take the defense deep and Vernon was going to come under the defense with those crossing and A Battle with the come back routes and then D Jackson in the slot. I look like a fool now cause none of that has happen. I,m not sure what is going on out west but damn we have been bad for a long time. Yes we are a young team but hell they are other young teams in the NFL out there and they are balling.I have been one to give Alex a chance but now i;m starting to wonder now???? I think we need to do some real soul searching all the guys on this team. I would hope we can get a good offense on the field soon but maybe next year or the year after dat??????? I have a question for all niner fans on this site

Afro, Afro YAAAAAA! Afro Man in the House! We need to consider bringing in Mike Shannahan to his dream job. He was our offensive coordinator, and mike Holgrem would be perfect because he’s from here. This should be a coaches dream job, but our losing has made us less desirable. So Afro- Man wants the cream of the crop! on the double!

We did well with a real offensive coordinator. We can keep Nolan and the defense and just hire a real qb coach and offensive coordinator. I’m thiking someone like Bill Callahan might be able to do the job. He’s got a west coast feel and he knows how to make plays. He won’t break the bank. Unless we do get Shanahan I think Callahan would fit nicely.

We need to keep mike Nolan, because the Yorks want caugh up the money to spend for a top notch coach. He’s the best we’ll get, and I think after this season he’ll come around. I don’t want to see him be fired and go to the Cowgirls as an defensive coordiantor. those hillbillies have the biggest hard on for our palyers and staff. I’ts like they have a personal scout with us. We need to keep Nolan and fire Hostler immediatly and bring in the best offensive coordinator available. Nolamn needs to focus on nothing but receivers and the offensive line this upcoming draft. Were fine on defense but we have the worst offense in the NFL. We need to pick Recievers first(Big And Tall 6′3 and above a must!) We need to bring in a back up plan for QB. I agree with the other posts bring in Sage Rosenthauls, that should be our priority in the offseason. We need to offer him more than Houston. He’ll want to be part of a class orginization, and be a potential starter. If smith continues to lose this season I would focus my efforts on a QB.
We need :
#1. Sage Rosenthauls or another top notch QB.
#2. Big Tall Receivers through a trade or free agency come the offseason.
These are the most important thing we need palin and simple!

this website needs a clue we are in a pickle sitting at 2-6 but cmon we all know its the play calling we have really never used ashley lelie like we intended we use vernon more for a dump off guy then a across the field threat its only our play calling not the talent. now i was reading on profootballtalk.com under daily liners and they said that mike shannahan could be let go at the end of the season now thats someone who would use are personal proper i mean could you imagine vernon davis running wild like shannon sharpe did wow just a thought

This is norv Turners fault for taking that chargers job and he is also paying for it too.We might be able to sign Cam Cameron,Ron Turner,or Pat Shurmur that is the eagles quarterback or Jim Caldwell Q.B. coach of the Colts as a offensive cord next season.Just a thought thou.
Jim Caldwell would be an excellent choice.

We need the chin or Bill Parcells, seriously i hated Cowher for the superbowl bust but i know now hes a good coach. If you notice we have nice coaches and thats why we have a bunch of pussies playing football here. Turner will be fired at the end of the season. They will lose in the first rd of the playoffs. They will have to go on the road in December. A bit cold for the San Diegans!! Pitt or Tenn. If we can get Turner back, then we keep Nolan. If not I would go after Garrett as a HC and keep Manusky.

If Norv Turner was so important, why the fuck did Mike Nolan let the cargers speak with him and his agent. Nolan should be fired for testing his offensive coach in free agency, dumb shit cost us our season. The mutherfucken dolphins wont let anybody talk to the QB coach but Nolan throws Turner the towel! This is bullshit, the guy has no clue so dont roll with nolan.
Organizatons can stop assistants from talking/interviewing with other NFL teams…unless it is for a head coaching position.

I don’t think Nolan will be fired. Hoss will be gone. Alex will still be the quaterback. Nolan gets one more year and that is it if he doesn’t turn it around.
