I Like Nolan personally, but why has he changed from a year ago. I used to think of him like a Bill Walsh like coach, being that losing was unexceptable, but know he seems like he wants to stay the say stagnent team and not make 49er like changes. The state our team is in now is unexceptable, complete bullshit. this is not the 49er way this is the Yorks way. We need ti fire Hostler immediatly and just call it a day for this season and try to rebuild from this point out, but for pete sake do not put in Dilfer, he's the reason why we got into this losing streak. 1.We need ne offensive coordinator immediatly the best. 2. We need a new QB veteran or in draft, if we go draft look at colt brennan out of hawaii. 3. We need Big Tall receivers, I would suggest Maurice Purify in the upcoming draft and one more Big Tall veteran receiver.
