Here we are again, another Monday, another loss. Man does this suck. At this point the only thing to look forward to is waiting to see who gets fired. The way this season is going, I’m sure no one will.
- The 49ers are on pace to score the least amount of points in 49ers history. (and NFL history)
- Killion: Nolan isn’t the one. (Can’t say I disagree)
- It’s 6:11am PST and Jim Hostler is still the OC.
- Bryant Young owns the Rams. (Bulger is his bitch)
- No second thoughts from Nolan on going for 3 instead of 7. (He might be the only one)
- 11 straight quarters without a touchdown. (Hey at least Vernon looks good in a suit)
- The streak of 20+ games without 200 net passing yards has come to an end. (Woo-Hoo)
- It’s 6:15 and Jim Hostler still has a job. (Actually most of the coaches still have a job)
- Nolan says no changes on staff. (Oooh shocking)
I think we we're really lucky to win that game... the defense wasn't great. They let gradkowski and campbell chuck ...
hey pundit, are we gonna get to see some highlights again this year?? i think most fans that visit this ...
The 49ers look flat on offense with the exception of gore. Nate Bynam has dropped 2 balls on one ...

Cowher would be a dream. A dream that I wish would come true. It is the offense and ONLY the offense. Defense and special teams did their part to keep them in the game. The offense has some MAJOR issues that need to be sorted out….ESPECIALLY THE ALLIGATOR ARMED MIDGETS WE HAVE AT RECEIVER!!!!

I claim we need to go back to the 4-3 because we were much more effective….the 3-4 isn’t working. We couldn’t collapse a cardboard box with our starting THREE. With four players on the line we were WAY MORE EFFECTIVE. Time to go back to the 4-3. Also, the secondary needs to grab those INT’s. Didn’t they get three and Ulbrich got one too???
Well boys if this statement by Nolan doesn’t sum up his inept ability to coach a football team or see where the problem is…then pigs fly he said following;
“When it comes to coaching changes, I believe I have a very strong staff, a very good staff. I believe the staff is stronger this year than last year.”

Thats what the niners get for letting me go. Its funny how you all thought that you would be soooo gooood this year. Your midget recievers cant even see over the corners to catch the ball. We need to fire all the coaches including Mike Nolen. I believe that Marty Schottemeier can be had and should be hired as head ball coach. We need to get a veteran QB (someone like a Dante Culpepper) to compete with Alex and let Alex sit on the bench for 2 years.
I’m suprised no one has posted about Patrick Willis being nominated for ESPN’s Who’s Next? campaign, he made the final 5 and the voting is open on their website.
I can’t give up on Alex until we get an offensive line and some receivers. As I watched his improvement last year, I can’t believe he won’t get better with better players around him. But we could use a better backup, or at least one Nolan will trust to play!
2 very high profile “winning” coaches out there. But we’ll need to go after them fast, because there WILL be competition for them. Doubt if York will get rid of Nolan though. I like Nolan, but his conservative approach and I get the feeling the players don’t respect him enough to give 100%.
Funny Ryan should mention Ulbrich. I watched his enthusiasm on special teams for weeks now. MORE of his attitude is needed!
I’ll watch every game, but have given in to the fact that nothing will save this year.
So many needs, so few draft picks and cap room…
I do admit that Ulbrich is playing better than Smith at linebacker and CLEARLY better at special teams. I agree we have many needs, but we REALLY need to attack the offensive needs and we need to go after a good d lineman. The rest REALLY CAN WAIT!!!! Free agency will give us opportunities to grab good players, but WILL WE GRAB ANYONE???
