Willis is Special
On the plane ride home, Mike Singletary, who sits across the aisle from Nolan, leaned over and said about Patrick Willis: “Patrick’s special.”
MMP: Laughing at the Cardinals
It must suck to be a Cardinals fan this morning. Your quarterback almost throws for 500 yards and you lose to a 2-8 rival. Yep sucks to be a Cards fan.
49ers were 8-1 heading into the game when Gore carried 20+, well he carried 21 times and the 49ers won. (See Jim it’s not hard [...]
Holy Crap. What Just Happened?
The 49ers win their third of the year in overtime.
Neil Rackers did his best Jose Cortez/Owen Pochman impersonation by missing a chip shot, and the MVP of the year Andy Lee setup the game winning fumble for a touchdown. Holy crap this was one of the best 49er games I have seen in a long ass [...]

First on the horizon is that the 49ers will likely hire a strong general manager who would oversee the entire [...]
Scratches Head…Tollner Brought Back
Huh?
Apparently Mike Nolan has gone out and found himself an offensive consultant. Former offensive coordinator Ted Tollner, 67, is taking a role as a consultant in the 49ers’ game preparations as the club prepares to face the Cardinals on Sunday, sources said today. Tollner is helping offensive coordinator Jim Hostler with the game plan.
“Ted Tollner [...]

Smith the first overall choice in the 2005 draft, Smith was examined on Tuesday by noted orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Ala. Sources close to [...]
York Supportive of Nolan
At least that is what Mike Nolan says. During yesterdays press conference head coach Mike Nolan said that York is supportive and that “He understands some of what’s going on.” Sure Mike whatever you say.
It’s unfortunate that York didn’t come out and tell you that you can’t coach worth a damn, then maybe something might [...]
